Our team's expertise lies in consulting work on mapping of business processes, facilitation of technology acquisition and automation. We analyze and evaluate existing technologies to check if there are any gaps in terms of business rules satisfaction, and then recommend areas of improvement based on user expectations. This is performed through gathering of user requirements, provision of documentation, assisting in evaluation of new technologies to match those requirements, overseeing implementation process (project management) to ensure that maximum value is derived from projects. We provide training and operation manuals after the implementation processes have been completed.
Vodacom SA- Delivered Real-Time traffic monitoring and Performance Statistics Platform for VAS systems. Sub-contracting activities at Mobile Network Operator (8.ta). Assisted India based company (RoamWare INC) to secure and deploy QOS platform at LCA(Lesotho Communication Authority. Completed Real-time and Performance Statistics for Vodacom Lesotho.
